I recent perfomed a clean install of Windows XP with updates to service pack 3. After installing all of the updates, I installed Norton Internet Security 2011. A scan of the hard drive revealed Boot.Tidserv, which could not be resolved. I tried Norton Power Erase, Norton Bootable Recovery Tool, TDSSKiller, FixTDSS, and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware without any success. The System Restore was turned off as these tools were tried. Does anyone have any suggestions to remove Boot.Tidserv permanently? Thank you in advanced for any suggestions.
