Not genuine windows

Hi I have a problem with Windows 7 Can anybody help Pleeaaase!
Just tried to change desktop images and the screen went blank and a message said that my copy of windows was not genuine build 7600, since then I cannot access many of my programms, gain normal access to the internet (I have to go through control panel) another message says that my internet scurity has blocked everything I have tried the following:

Phoned company to ensure windows was genuine -It is!
Reset windows firewall to minimum acrosss all sites
Downloaded microsoft malware programme and given Clean bill of health
Run avira anti virus - Clean
Tried to run slui 4 to reactivate windows
Run cmd
Phoned microsoft activation centre but denied access to the id codes by my PC

Just ran anti virus and anti malware programmes but both given PC clean bill of health.

You can see I'm getting deperate now!!

Why do you suspect there might be a problem with "anti virus and anti-malware" programs saying your OS is clean?

If you have a genuine Windows7 installation disk and you have activated the key/license, then you should be good to go. Otherwise, you will have to call Microsoft to validate your OS Disk.
