I get a message from Microsoft Security Essentials that my PC is infected with Trojandownloader: java/openstream.ak. It then goes on to "clean" my PC by removing this product. But every day or so, I get the same series of messages so it obviously is not removing it. How do I remove it?

Using W7 on a desktop.
