I am submitting this topic because I am now watching Chris Hansen doing a commentary on stolen Credit cards, . .

This drives an electric chill through my heart to see the audacity of these swindling

thieves.

This is an international billion dollar business, and the scam techniques are unbelievable.

I am thinking anti-fraud for ID theft will be a pretty good business.

Therefore, I'd like to present an idea to see if it's any good.

This would basically be a public disclosure in the form of an idea or concept.

My idea is if a service could provide the software that would give you the option if you wanted extra protection for your credit card and debit cards that would
enable acceptors of credit card numbers to reveal the computer information that would enable the physical address and information for that individual computer user.
This is possible and feasible correct.

In Addition, . .
This same information would only be used by the credit card companies that you have registered for the service.

To condense all of this identification information,
Might it also be possible to have a code key that is only readable to the card company verifying that the information, is coming from computer generated specified pre-registered locations.

Ahh...!Haaa!

Cats got your tongue, . .

Don't have anything to say !

Well please allow me to get you started, . . .

Credit Card fraud is not only one of our biggest paranoia's, . . .

It is costing us billions a year.

I think this is quite possibly a way to stop it at least for those who use computers.

I've been away working on wildfire control concepts, . .

I could make a deal offer to BC ?

I am in need of Niche and technical experts.

I mean, after 4 yrs., I feel I should give something back.

I don't know how brilliant this is but in addition, I would claim in the process;
that includes the relay of PC information, . .
I think a password and or pin could be used, if there is a way to convey this over a secure
transmission. then you would give your Card number information.

Having the PC(s) you use registered, (and possibly users you explicitly register) plus the input of the additional information should pretty much warrant off fraudulent users.

Since this is a billion dollar a year scam globally, why didn't they have this ?/?

I think this kind of technology, (credit card swipes), is slightly out of my territory,. .

I try to do what, . . maybe I'm not great at, but I think I'm good at

and that is technical concepts, like Emergency Response, SAR, Wildfire Fighting, . .
