Hello BC,
I am in need of help I have a computer that is infected with Personal Sentinel Secutiry and has integrated itself with my Microsoft Security Center and the Virus Protection status says that Personal Sentinel report that it is up to date. I have read the thread on this site (BC) and from a hundred other sites and I have removed all registry entries from regedit-I have also ran Rkill but it said it found nothing, and Spybot S&D, Superantispyware, Malware antimalwarebytes, vundofix, smitfraudfix, and Hijack this all come back fine now-after deleting thousands of viruses and all the registry entries, and the 095 folder in documents.
The only problem I am now experiencing is that I cannot install AVG free because windows still thinks that Personal Security Sentinel is in there. How can I remove that entry? Is there place for it in the registry also?
