Need Help Restoring with Recovery DIsk

OK, I really don't want to have to buy Windows 7 when it came with computer and no recovery disk. I DL-ed a repair disk that only helps repair. I have no restore points and need to restore to factory condition. Please check out the site below (How to use the Windows 7 Recovery Environment) and tell me how I restore to factory condition. My cd starts with the screen that has the five options. I dont know how to do it with command prompt, startup repair only tells me what I already know that OS is not found and it cannot recover or something and system restore wants me to select specific drivers, and there are tons. I am so lost.....
