I cannot open ie or firefox. When I go to open Internet, nothing happens. Computer feels like it wants to open it but doesn't. I ran the malware software and found some viruses which it deleted. Restarted and still the same problem. I've tried running in safe mode so I could download some virus fixers but still can't open Internet via safe mode. I have tried system restore but no success. I have a feeling I have a virus that I cannot find. I'm on my iPhone which is my only contact with the Internet universe. Please help as I feel I have tried all I could do and seems like no one else has had this problem.

I have avast but in the process of registering new license, I download a free software which had the virus. Some viruses that were deleted I think were call zwangi????? Please help
