this disk helper program appeared on my laptop on 1/12/11 and started giving critical hard drive errors, ram errors, and boot errors. i have tried to uninstall but i am not able to. the program does not show up in the add/remove program list. i am unable to system reset or do a disk cleanup. the program installed a standard version and for a fee will install a premium version that will fix all problems. my laptop worked fine up until this program downloaded. i sent an email to their help department now i get a please purchase popup. the file is in C:\documents & settings\all users\application data\iMcrenlelc1.exe i have tried to delete this but it will not allow it. i run Windows XP Professional on my Toshiba Satellite.

Do you currently have VMWare installed on your system? Previously installed?
