I've scanned my computer with several different programs trying to get rid of this trojan but windows keeps giving me the same error message.

Not sure if this will help but its information provided on the error:

Trojan Horse Downloader.Agent.2.BK

C:\system colume information\_restore{F20DC6CZ-5212-4F33-8959-AB7D05D4CDB6}\RP260\A0051640.exe

I've scanned my computer with AVG, SpyBot, and some other programs i've found over the internet.

Any suggestions?

If you are using XP, have you turned off System Restore, before doing the scan?
Right click My Computer / Properties / System Restore tab /
put a check in Turn off System Restore / Apply / OK

Did you do the scan in safe mode?

I've scanned my computer with several different programs trying to get rid of this trojan, .......

Did you do these scans in safe mode, with System Restore off?

I couldn't find any info on "Trojan Horse Downloader.Agent.2.BK", anywhere.

The only other thing I can think of doing, would be to post a HijackThis log, in the HijackThis forum.

Download the latest version of HijackThis (HJT), from here.

Put HijackThis in a Permanent folder:
Click My Computer / C: / File / New / Folder / name the folder; HijackThis
Put HijackThis.exe, in this folder.
This is a mandatory step, for the backup and restore functions, of HijackThis, to be able to work.

Read the pinned post in the HJT forum, here
Follow the directions, EXACTLY! This is important!

Then, run a log, and post it in the HJT forum here. Do not fix anything, yet.
A member, of the HJT Team, will help you out.
Please, be patient, these people are volunteers. They will help you out, as soon as possible.
