The problem I am having started a few days ago.
My computer uses windows XP.
I was using firefox to surf the web on google and
after I finished i left and I heard a pop up.
The computer had downloaded a program called
system tools 2011 it took over my desktop and warned me
of infection on my computer and told me to buy there product.
I was able to get malwarebytes software on my computer in safe mode
and then run it in regular mode to clean the systemtools 2011 off the computer.

Now the problem is that I installed AVG after i cleaned the computer with malwarebytes
and it is popping up every 10 seconds with the message.

c:\windows\explorer.exe, virus identified Win32/Patched.GB
then it says that object is a whitelisted critical system file

Hello,

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
