How do I stop my comp.from remembering names or #`s I type?

On IE:

Tools/Internet Options/Content tab/Autocomplete

Uncheck the items you wish to disable. Hit both Clear buttons. Hit OK.

You're done.

Thanks for info..I know how to do that one..the problem I am having is on MSN explorer.I don`t use the big blue E lol.If I am filling something out and double click,it brings up previous names,which I don`t like at all,I also cannot right click and delete them! any help for this one? Thanx a bunch!
