First time posting...thanks in advance!

I noticed under a Netstat prompt, I have a strange established foreign address: 30horasdesexoonline:49162

I'm not liking that domain.

I've run Avast, Spybot, Malwarebytes and Superantispyware (both regular and in safe mode). I've uninstalled Firefox and reset IE to defaults. I reset Windows Firewall to defaults.

Here is my netstat result, followed by a Hijackthis log. Much appreciated.

Update: After removing all Windows HOSTS files, this seems to be resolved. I'm not really sure why or how, but any light that can be shed would be great.
