I recently removed some malware from my laptop but on a reboot of the laptop I got a Internet connection error message as follows

HTTP port (80)
HTTP port (443)
FTP port (21)

I reset to factory settingd and it worked ok but if this happens again can anyone explain how to fix without restting the factory settings.

Kind regards

Hello, I usually find these work when malware interupts connection.

Open Control Panel, Internet Options, Connections tab, Lan settings, uncheck the box next to "use proxy...."
OR
Go to Start ... Run and type in cmd
A dos Window will appear.
Type in the dos window: netsh winsock reset
Click on the enter key.

Reboot your system to complete the process.
