Hello you people,

I was attacked by the 'system tools' malware which was a very nasty experience. Fortunately I eventually managed to open Outlook Express and, again fortunately, I found this site which sorted the problem for me. I'm not a geek so it was all a bit intimidating but everything was as it said on the label and I was very grateful indeed. A heartfelt thankyou to you.

I would like to suggest to the international community that the world wide punishment for anyone convicted of creating viruses, malwares or any other computer nasties should be the amputation of the fingers to prevent them using keyboards. That's for a first offence, mind you, a second offence would attract a procedure which I cannot mention here.

Regards all

They would soon find a way to use a pencil held between their teeth to use the keyboard to spread their diseases, but I can sympathise with your suggestion. Our Members are always happy to read that someone was helped by what they found here.
Thanks for the compliment and thanks also for joining BC!

Hi Bilwim,

Welcome to BC, glad to have you here.

As much as we all would like to see the punishment of those people we are limited to protecting ourselves as a means of defense.

I am glad you resolved the issue.
