Does this error msg mean my video card is bad?

I've been having bad problems with my computer freezing when I'm doing anything or even nothing. Finally backed up all personal files and reinstalled Vista. Still having the same problem. But for the first time, Windows gave me this msg: (please, please tell me what it means)

That error usually means that there is a problem with a video driver. Try replacing the drivers.

Family and loved ones will always be a priority in my daily life.  You never know when one will leave you.
