Infected Please help

I am running Windows XP. I got an windows security alert which said my computer was infected and when I tried to close it out a fake anti spy program popped up. When I tried to close it out another anti virus software alert popped up along with a viagra site & Porn site. Once I closed those out another boxed popped up sayin application cannot be executed. File bin is infected. I also tried to open up our firefox and recieved that same message. Please help

I also can't get into our explorer.
