ComboFix run another iexplore.exe in background...

I have a windows vista home premium sp1. when i run the combofix and taskmanager at the same time in safemode, combofix after the combofix is ready to start( small combofix progress bar goes done )the combofix close/terminate/hide and nothing happened... and im seeing one new iexplore.exe is gonna run but the description of the process is NirCmd...the file size: 30.05 KB Copyright: 2003-2009 Nir Sofar...and is located on c:\32788R22...... there are located a lot of file in this directory. i dont know what this file does and its really for combofix or no....i downloaded the combofix again but i have this problem yet and icant run combofix. how can i fix it?

What you observed, is is by design and nothing to worry about.

On another note, it is not recommended to run Combofix unsupervised. This is a pretty powerful tool and in some cases can do quite some damage.

In case you have malware problems you need help with, please let me know and we'll see what we can do about it.
