There's an email I tried to send with a large (358Mb) attachment that's stuck in the outbox. I can't delete it, and I can't send any other email as long as it is still there. Any ideas?

Try starting Outlook in offline mode, and see if you can remove the attachment that way. You can also open the message and delete the attachment that way.
