I had been infected with the google redirect virus and got it fixed but now I notice there are 3 instances of iexplore.exe in my task manager and I don't even use IE at all. Here is a portion of my hijackthis log that I thought was interesting and not sure if I need to change something to fix this. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.

We do not analyze HJT or other malware logs in this forum...the XP forum is devoted to XP O/S issues.

If you want to submit your entire HJT log for analysis, you need to post it, along with a description of your perceived problems, at BC Virus, Trojan, Spyware and Malware Removal Logs Forum .

Before posting such log, I suggest that you read/follow the instructions at Preparation Guide, Before Using Malware Removal Tools and Requesting Help - http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic34773.html .

I am moving your post to the Am I Infected forum, where someone with the proper training will assist you.

ummmm ok. I saw the post of the exact same problem I was having and thought that the 3 lines of HJT would be helpful. Sorry I came to this forum... won't ever happen again !
