USB Device Not Recognized

Hi all
Whenever I plug in any usb device in any usb port , like mouse,keyboard,usb flash, I get this message

"USB Device Not Recognized
One of the USB devices attached to this computer Has
malfunctioned, and Windows does not recognize it.
For assistance in solving this problem, click this message"

Sounds like a driver issue to me. Go to your MotherBoards Support website and download the new driver for your usb.
