Hello once again Bleeping Computer. I sure am glad you folks are here on the net. Anyway, I am running Symantec Corporate, full version 10.1.5.5000. I also have Spybot search and Destroy, along with Malwarebytes. I have done what I can by running the Symantec full scan in safe mode with networking, the Malwarebytes in the same area, and even in normal modes to no avail. According to Symantec the risk has been partially removed but it also says my status is still infected.

Upon further reading about manually deleting files and registry keys, I got as far as locating the uxilominixigota.dll and trying to delete it but I am not allowed.

All I know is that my wife is getting frustrated about the laptop and that seriously sucks for me. Please help me to get this thing off the computer at your earliest convenience. Thank BC.

Hello,

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
