I was looking for your problem and found the next:

NTLDR is missing, help what must I doing now!?

You put the cd in your cd\dvd-player and reboot the computer.
The computer will now starting with the setup XP cd.
When the computer would been start up with the setup cd, than you press R key.
With the R key you goto the restore function.
You choose the Windows installation, in the most cases is that c:\>Windows

Than you put in the dos command cd... (for changing c:\>
Than you put in dir
When you enter only dir, the list will be scrolling down stairs.
It is better that you enter dir /w/p or dir/p or dir/w
With dir /w/p get you a wide list, with dir/p the list where you can choose for spacebar;the list scrolled to the next etc. with dir/w get you a wide list, but not so wide when you entering dir /w/p
Than you entering copy d (cd\dvd-rom drive)):I386NTLDR
Than copy D:I386NTdetect.com
Than again, dir for confirm that the files are copied.
Than for finishing, exit and reboot the computer.
