it keeps saying access denied so maybe your anti virus is blocking it? What anti virus do you have? Try turning it off while you use the run code and turn it back on once it runs.

I use Microsoft Security Essentials. I will try it out. There is also some details at the bottom that doesn't say "Acces Denied" that might be helpful.

edit: I did what you said and I get the same results.
