Hi:

I'm helping a friend with her Windows7 Starter edition EEpc Netbook. I can't get Firefox to launch. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, tried earlier versions, tried renaming firefox.exe. removed user settings and so on. When I run firefox.exe -p, it crashes and just submits an error report. It won't launch in Safemode either.

AVG 2011, Spybot 1.62, SuperAntiVirus and Malwarebytes all report no errors. IE8 will launch but not Firefox.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Tom
