:angry: Our laptop recently crashed after having a trojan. I managed to get it to reboot using recovery disks and now cannot access our old folders. Access denied! comes up even when in administrator mode. Can we get access again and if so, how? Help please

See if following the instructions from MS help.

Thank you for this ThunderZ. Have now got access to said folders, but PC will not allow use of MS Office files -tells me to run set up althougth all the files are there on the PC! :wacko:
