Hello, and thanks in advance for anyone good enough to help me out with this issue.

I've recently become infected with a Malware program that seems to redirect me to irrelevant and suspicious-looking pages whenever I click on a link on my Google results page. When I click the link, the page loads slower than usual, then briefly displays a screen that says "your page will load in 2 seconds" with clicks.bestsearchall.com or something similar as the url, and then redirects to another page that is not always the same, but certainly not what the link should have opened (the most common of these page seems to be a Search.Pro page).

The problem seems to only be affecting the links in search engines, but the overall speed of my browser does seem slower. Also, on startup after logging into my Desktop my Documents folder now automatically opens, which it never did before, and I get a notification window from "Microsoft Windows" that says the "Spooler Subsystem App has stopped Working" with the options to check online for a solution (nothing happens when this is clicked) or "close" (again, nothing happens aside from the notification closing). Lastly,(though I'm not sure if it would be related or not) I no longer hear the "click" sound I used to when clicking on links on any webpage, although I have no issues anywhere else with my sound.

Any advice anyone could provide on what to do next would be very much apprecited, thank you very much.
