I have a friend who was having some issues and I logged on to him remotely using UVNC SC. I did not have backgrounds disabled and I noticed that his wallpaper was Gene Simmons (KISS) in his famous tongue wagging image tiled across his whole background. My friend is a conservative person and I thought this was odd for him so I asked him about it. He informed me that his background is actually the Dell XPS logo, and that he had never seen the background I described and would not use it in any case.
I am not aware of any pest that replaces a user's background with this image, nor do I understand why it would be visible to me connecting remotely and not to him under any circumstance. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
