Vista won't go to system restore

Vista is set on lowest resolution and will not change when resolution slide is moved (the slide just goes back to the low resolution). Also, when in "All Programs" and I click on "Accessories", the media center pops up instead.

As far as your resolution you need to check your video drivers.
