Not sure where to start

Hi,

I am new to BC. I also do not know much about computers. I could use a lot of help. Actually my username should have been needslotsofhelp. The problem that has brought me to BC was that I was infected with antivirus studio 2010. I managed to clear that up partially with various antispyware software. Since then I can not open IE or Safari browsers. Firefox does open to Google instead of Yahoo. The iternet options home page setting keeps returning to www.flyingincognjtosleep.com. it now takes forever to get the browser open.

Other problems include an SQL problem, tons of stuff I do not need, long start up, etc. I could also use antivirus and antispware recommendations.

I find the site complex for me, but I going to do my best to use the vast amount of info and tutorials.

Hello,

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
