RunDll32 Error Virus? Missing Inetcpl.cpl clearmytracksbyprocess

Hi everyone, I am new here. I have a problem with my computer. Recently today I've been getting error pop ups on my computer frequently (around every 10-15mins or less) saying
"Error in RunDll32.Exe
Missing entry: Inetcpl.cpl,ClearMyTracksByProcess" or
"Error in RunDll32.Exe
Missing Entry: newdev.dll, ClientSideInstall"

The message will pop up frequently and sometimes I sometimes I will have 2-3 at a time. Usually also a window will pop up for half a second and just close right away, too fast for me to see clearly what was in it but usually that window that pops up says "Blank Window." I think it may be a Internet Explorer window but I am not sure. I also recently got the Malware Virus "AntiMalware Doctor," but already removed it.

I have scanned my computer with Malwarebytes and Avast free version, but the viruses I have found and deleted have not stopped this problem.

Sorry if I am not clear enough and if you need more information please tell me. I am new here and also not very good with computers. I hope someone can help me

Please follow the instructions in ==>This Guide<==. If you cannot complete a step, skip it and continue.

Once the proper logs are created, then make a NEW TOPIC and post it ==>HERE<== Please include a description of your computer issues and what you have done to resolve them.

If you can produce at least some of the logs, then please create the new topic and explain what happens when you try to create the log(s) that you couldn't get. If you cannot produce any of the logs, then still post the topic and explain that you followed the Prep. Guide, were unable to create the logs, and describe what happens when you try to create the logs.
