my fantom hd tfd500u16 is no longer recognized by my computer. I get a blue light and I hear the hd spinning. I uninstalled/reinstalled the drivers, replaced usb cord and tried connecting to other computers but no luck. I would like to put the hd in another enclosure to see if I can retrieve the data but the connection is neither SATA nor IDE. Any info on the type of enclosure needed would be appreciated

I may have figured this out, I believe it is a sata II interface.....back to microcenter for a different enclosure.
