I went to google and in the search bar I typed "Windows XP Themes". And this is what came back. Results 1 - 10 of about 3,560,000 for windows XP Themes. (0.10 seconds) I'll include the link for you as well. However I must caution you that not all sites are reputable ones. If in doubt you're welcome to ask questions here. Here's the link and have fun with your "safe" themes. Google output for Windows XP Themes.

Here are some themes from Microsoft for XP so you know they are safe, but be aware that they may use resources.

Most probably all you'll have to do is double-click on the downloaded file, and it will install itself.
