I seem to have caught something that is blocking access to my internet explorer. I never really use it but I noticed firefox was acting up a bit as well. I also noticed that my audio service is not running as well. I believe along with the issue I'm having with internet explorer, it is adversely affecting my ability to update SAS.

The tools I've been using to try to keep my computer clean are MB, SAS, and Rkill. Along with AVG anti-virus. I was really hoping someone could help me out and let me know if I am still infected or how to reset the default settings to allow my internet explorer to work again.

Thanks guys!
