I am not real computer literate but think I successfully removed the thinkpoint virus, only problem now while waiting for the main page (icon page)to load it keeps going to the black screen and says crash dump & then wants me to sign in again with the password. A constant loop unless before the main page is finished loading I hit the internet explorer icon, it will go to internet explorer & seem to work fine.

Any help on what I need to do to stop this loop from happening & how do I know for sure that the thinkpoint virus is really gone. No more pop up windows & it no longer shows it in my installed programs. Thanks in advance for any help!
