Ran rkill and malwarebytes and still have system tool 2.20. Anyone encountered this and tips for removing completely? Thanks in advance for any insight.

Actually, I followed line by line directions for the system tool removal posted in October and this time it worked fine. This time I used the link for malwarebytes (vs. the file on my flash drive) and it had an update. Only difference is it wouldn't let me save host file in location - had to save it to another folder and then drag and drop. Thanks for asking. Thank heaven for this site
