Okay so my laptop is acting all weird. For the past two days, whenever I turn it on, once windows has loaded, I hear a sound in the background. It's like a swooshing sound. It can also be described like a page tearing. It happens at regular intervals - say every 20 seconds. I've tried figuring out what it is, but I've gotten nowhere with that. I'm pretty sure it's some sort of virus. I've done a virus scan but nothing has come up.
