The down arrow for my laptop has suddenly become unresponsive for no reason. It was working fine earlier, but now it will not well, go down. All of the other keys are working fine, so is there anything I can do to fix this?

It now appears that if I hold down the Up Page, Down Page, and left Arrow key, certain letters, as well as the backspace in certain situations it will simulate the effect of pushing down on the Down Arrow key.
