hey guys, received my HP 4400 tablet with 2gb ram from ebay the other day, thing came without a hard drive, bought a 320Gb one and installed it today. Went into Bios and the Hard drive was recognised successfully, since the 4400 comes with no optical drive my only option was to boot windows xp tablet edition from Memory stick. I press F9 when laptop starts, select USB HD and press enter, i just get a black screen with a white one of these '_' flashing. I don't want to install Windows 7 on it as I have read on other forums of people who did that on the 4400 and encountered many problems so would like to stick to XP. I needed to get some work done on it tonight so I eventually attempted Jolicloud and it installed no problem from the memory stick, IT IS SO CRAP THOUGH! Want xp tablet on it asap. Any ideas?
Thanks! :busy:
