My nephew has a problem with his computer, every program he starts says dnsext.dll is corrupted, as soon as he clicks Ok it disappears.
He is running W7 home premium 32 bit.
I have had him do a repair install, sfc /scannow and have run Malwarebytes which found some items and after deleting them the problem still persists.
As he is not very computer savvy I do not particularly want to tell him how to do a fresh install over the phone.
Are there any other options.
Any advice would be appreciated.
