I am running Windows XP and for about 3-4 weeks now my incoming e-mails are being sent to my spam folder. I have not changed any of the settings so I don't know why this is happening. I have run Malwarebytes and SuperAnti Spyware and McAfee Security to clean up anything I might have, (ran each about 5 times) Have even gotten into habit of running them every morning (always finds something & I remove) but this has not helped. I have defraged, erased history, done disk clean up. I am using Mozilla/Firefox and do not use Outlook Express, use my cable company e-mail.

You help will be appreciated.
