I have somehow ended up with 2 family safety "monitored accounts" for my son but only 1 is linked to his windows user account. This account (we'll call this account "Cameron") monitors and filters all his activities on the computer. His windows live email is on the other "monitored account" (the one not linked to his user account)(we'll call this account "Cam"). When I link "Cam" with his user account it unlinks "Cameron" and no longer monitors his activity. This, to my horror, I did not discover until after he discovered some pornographic video games. For Christmas, I bought him a Zune HD and it is linked to "Cam". So as of right now, I can either monitor "Cameron" thru his user account to filter and monitor his computer activity, or I can monitor "Cam" thru his user account to filter and monitor his Zune (which has internet access) but I can't do both. I know there has got to be a way to monitor all of them together by linking them or starting all over (OH PLEASE, NOOOOO!!!!) or something and my son is VERY upset because I won't turn him loose unmonitored on "Cameron" or "Cam" and he can't dink around on his new Zune. Please, can anyone help me? I am in knots from the stomach up!

Only one user account can be linked to one windows live profile. You cannot link 2 Windows Accounts to the same Windows Live Account.

If I were you, I would back up whatever data he had on the "Cameron" account, move it to the "Cam" account, and delete the "Cameron" account from the computer. That way you can have the monitoring and he can be turned loose
