I just got a Startech Unidock2u hard drive docking station that says it requires no drivers--i.e. you can just plug in the drive, connect the docking station, and your computer can view the files on the connected hard drive without having to install any extra software. Though it works like that on Ubuntu 8.04, I can't get my Windows XP Home SP3 computer to recognize the device. I know it can't be a problem with the hard drive because when I looked at it through a Ubuntu system, the files on the drive were Windows folders (so it can't be using a filesystem that Windows doesn't read, etc). Additionally, I can't find any drivers online for this model.

Anyone have any ideas how to make this docking station work with XP Home SP3? Thanks!
