Hi

My AVG subscription expired and my Laptop pc has been taken over by this ANTIMAL DOCTOR.exe
i have read on a ton of sitres about how to remove it or what to download to remove it... my problem is:

1) all usb ports have been disabled or blocked (by virus) therefore cannout use a usb stick to run/install removal programs
2) my internet connection is also blocked. Cannot access any page dispite the internet showing as connected/active on desktop - any browser page will not load at all.

I use wireless on my phone at home and this connects fine to my home wireless so the connection is not the problem.

Please can someone offer advice how I remove this virus WITHOUT suggesting download or use USB as i cannot do either option?

Can I do anything via DOS?

Please help

Thank you

You cannot do anything by DOS.
Try downloaded Malwarebytes on a clean computer and copy it to a cd. Take the Cd to the Infected Computer. If that do not work than the next best option is to do a clean reinstall of windows.
