System Tools 2011 - Antivirus 360(?) pop up ad / scan

Hello and thanks for the help!

Various spyware programs showing up in system tray. One is "System Tools 2011" and the others are various fake antivirus software programs. Also the file "svchost.exe" is crashing.

Just ran a scan with Avast and this showed up:
