I have had some problems with cmd.exe taking all cpu usage and ccApp.exe not responding when shutting down or logging off. Also, there was some trojans, worms etc. I tried to get rid off with your instructions in the Read this before posting -topic and advice on some other site.

And another thing, which is not related to this very much. Sometimes, ccproxy.exe shuts down by itself and I have to reboot if I want to use internet. (other than irc; so it only affects some ports or something)

Much better!

 Click Here to do a Panda online scan
  • If it asks you install active x controls click Yes
  • If a box comes up telling you to install the program also click Yes
  • Make sure you tick Disinfect automatically under Scan Options
  • Complete the scan and post the log that you can save afterwards in the same way you did the HJT log.
  • It is normal for it to take a reasonable time to complete

Sorry for almost necro-posting. Finally did this, everything seems to work well.

It deleted the Windows XP theme though (blue, silver and the third) and only has windows standard; got any idea how to fix this without WinXP CD I can't seem to find?
