A friend of mine has WinXP SP3. Today the Win32/Trojan screen appeared on his computer. He is unable to access the internet and can not install anti virus programs on his computer in normal or safe mode. He also can not go into system restore. I tried to install House Call anti virus, but was blocked. He also would like to save his E-Mail but worries that the Trojan might be transferred to his external hard drive. Does any one have a solution?
