Good Evening I have a Dell Vostro 10000 and horror :cold: :cold: of horrors I tried to boot and got the blue screen and this is what she read:
STOP C00000102{Corrupt FILE} The file or directory\program files\Norton Security Suite\Engine\ is corrupt and unreadable. Please run chk dsk utility. I was able to open the pc in safe mode but cannot access the internet. I have malwarebytes anti-malware installed on my pc and I am currently running a full scan. If anyone has a suggestion or can help in anyway I would greatly appreciate any advice. Thanks in advance for any assistance!

Using another computer and USB stick, get Norton Removal Tool: http://us.norton.com/support/kb/web_view.jsp?wv_type=public_web&docurl=20080710133834EN and run it on bad computer.
