Hello

I have a Mac Pro were I am having issues connecting it online.
The Netopia Modem sends the signal to the Mac pro because when I connect the ether net wire to my computer it works fine.
However when I connect it back to the Mac pro it does not. In System Preferences the ether net display works fine but, when I open up safari
it is not turning it on.

Can I be that I am offline? It does open up a the Netopia Modem access page in safari but then how come it works in my macbook.

So many possibilities, can someone offer some suggestions

thank-you

Something was wrong with the modem and I had to do a Master Reset, then the problem was fixed.
