Uninstall Customer Experience Enhancement help

I've tried to uninstall this program from HP: Customer Experience Enhancement
Using the remove option in my control panel does not work. A box flashes saying it is beginning the uninstall, but that is as far as it goes.
I tried using CCleaner to do the uninstall, but the same thing happens.

Try Revo Uninstaller. It's designed to pull programs out by their roots.
