Hello! I'm hunting for the big bad "Blue Screen of Death" fixes. I was given a used (5-year-old) laptop for my 11-year-old daughter a couple weeks ago - I updated it right away - ran like clock work. Tried to boot it today and tada - BSOD. Boooo! Anywho - I'm on a mission to get it all fixed, wrapped and put under the xmas tree. Googled, watched a youtube video and they suggested this site :) Here's hopin'!!
